Our out-of-the box SEO Process – How it looks like ?

We have in place a powerful SEO Process, divided into 4 tiers:

Tier-wise divisions:

Tier 1 - Discovery

• Reviewing website structure and the time Google takes to index it
• Looking at the current Page Rank, age of domain, and when the registration of domain is getting expired
• Seeing in detail the link popularity of back-links and internal linking of pages
• Making an assessment of Meta tags, h1 tags, and content that Google spiders follow
• Seeing into the current traffic coming on the site and keywords helping to drive traffic
• Weighing competitors in the primary keyword verticals
• The speed at which new content is adding on the site
• Searching for dynamic pages and catching unsuitable URLs names
• Current site rank

Tier 2 - Analysis:

• Deciding the keywords for targeting in the campaign, after evaluating Primary Keywords; we check the popularity and relevancy of primary keywords, before writing a final list.
• Deciding an action plan pertaining to changes to-be-made in website's structure; for example, Site Map, Meta / h1 Tags, Header Tags, etc.
• Deciding requirements of more content on client's website and how detailed
• Deciding a plan as to how a Blog or RSS feed is implemented, so that it improves frequency of relevant content added on the site
• Creating an action plan
• Looking in to prospects that will open potential opportunities for building inbound links via other targeted websites

Tier 3 – Implementation:

• Having a meeting with Client to plan strategy, and followed by an official introduction to the Account Manager.
• Erecting a set of Primary Keywords that would be targeted upon in our future campaigns
• Carrying out corrections of Dynamic Pages
• Doing On-site modifications and changes in meta tags, h1 tags and site maps
• Putting a process into auto-drive via which website will present on-going, updated content; doing it through Blog, RSS Feed, or CMS (Content Management System)
• Creation of brand-new content and building an all-inclusive “knowledge center”
• Initiating an inbound link acquisition campaign in order to produce quality, high-value links suitably matching client's website content
• Development / Distribution of press releases, keyword-rich Articles, and by-lined Articles to gain quality traffic
• Initiating social media campaigns for get quality inbound links
• Submitting in reputed directories for more visibility

Tier 4 - Management

• When the campaign is under way you will be provided weekly reports on the status of tasks that we have done towards your month-by-month 'Plan of Action'.
• An Account Manager will be permanently assigned to you. You can discuss your campaign with that person anytime you feel necessary and to clarify your doubts
• A monthly report will be dispatched to you which will contain an account of services performed, back-links created, plus rankings report, along with rankings movement
• A follow-up call will be made each month to review prior months results, and to decide the next 'plan-of-action'
